James MALANAPHY [4417]
(1870-Bet 1913/1916) |
James MALANAPHY [4417] 2
General Notes: Mary Young's note: Despite several searches in the Scottish records, I have been unsuccessful in finding James Malanaphy's death. We know he separated from his wife and family around 1902. Between 1906 and 1911 his wife had three children, each time declaring herself as his wife, but that they were living apart and he was not the father. James does not appear in the 1911 census of England and Wales. Noted events: James worked as a joiner, ship joiner. 1893: he resided at Renfrew, RFW, Scotland. 2 Apr 1911: not found in Scottish census. No death found in Scottish records (search at General Register Office for Scotland, Edinburgh by Mary Young, 28 Aug 2008) James married Catherine "Kate" CONVERY [4418] [MRIN: 1302], daughter of James CONVERY [4986] and Susan WHORISKEY [4987], on 10 Feb 1893 in Paisley, RFW, Scotland.1 (Catherine "Kate" CONVERY [4418] was born on 31 Jul 1872 in Kilbarchan, RFW, Scotland 4 and died on 29 Oct 1936 in 133, Balornock Road (Stobhill Hospital), Glasgow, Lanark, Scotland 5.)
