Registered 23 July 1942, alongside two other deaths at the same Hospital which occurred on 22nd and 23rd July.
Possibly Robert also died on 23rd but wrongly written as 3rd.

Robert Campbell was not a widower. Edith Lewis was still alive and she and Robert never divorced, as far as we know.]
