General Notes:

Isabella Ritchie Main had a very short and sad married life.. Age 20 when she married John Main in May 1877, she may already have been succumbing to TB. Her first child, John Morrice, was born in April 1878. Another baby, Williamina was born Dec.1879 but did not thrive and died at 3 months.
Isabella Ritchie Main died age 23 in June 1880, cause of death was tuberculosis (duration 6 months).
Wee John Morrice did not long outlive his mother and sister, dying at 3 years old.
